Harmony Azure is a versatile flatweave rug designed for both indoor and outdoor spaces, combining durability with effortless style. With its hard-wearing texture and flat pile, it’s made for practical living, fully washable and easy to clean, simply hose it down to keep it looking fresh.
What our family likes about Harmony Azure Blue Indoor Outdoor is the lack of theatre — it is what it looks like, and it does what it should.
Colour and pattern
Worth a moment on the look of it. The colour story sits on the warm side of neutral, which makes it easy to layer with timber and linen. The pattern reads cleanly from across the room and only reveals its detail close up. From the kitchen looking through to the lounge, the rug reads as a single grounding plane rather than a competing pattern.
Day-to-day
Day to day, sun, rain, and the occasional cyclonic afternoon — this construction handles all of it. Hose-down cleaning is the main upkeep. Cleaning protocol is intentionally simple: blot fresh spills, vacuum weekly, get a professional clean every few years if it sees heavy use. Build the room around it. It will hold the centre and stay quiet while the rest of the space changes around it.
Construction
In one line: Produced in Egypt for outdoor durability. Egyptian-made indoor/outdoor rugs are engineered to sit in direct sun and weather without losing their colour. Modern polypropylene is a long way from the scratchy synthetic of twenty years ago. Soft underfoot, dense in the weave, and entirely washable. At 6mm, this is a low, dense flatweave — easy to vacuum, easy to slide chairs across, and a sensible pick for a dining room. Look at the underside and you can see how dense the weave actually is — it is the part of the rug that does the real work.
On sizing
If you are between sizes, we almost always recommend sizing up. Our Rug Size Guide has the room-by-room measurements we use ourselves.
Harmony Azure Blue Indoor Outdoor suits the customer who wants the room finished, not the next decision.
Things customers ask
Does it work with a robot vacuum?
Yes for low and medium piles. For the deeper shaggies in our range, a robot vacuum will struggle a bit — you'll get better results with a regular upright on a higher setting.
Does this rug ship rolled or folded?
Rolled. We ship every rug in our range rolled and wrapped — folding can leave a crease in the pile that takes a few weeks to settle out, so we avoid it.
Can I steam clean this rug?
Yes, but a hose is usually faster and just as effective.
How long does delivery take to my address?
Most metro orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Regional and remote addresses can take a little longer. We'll send tracking the moment your rug leaves the warehouse.
Do you offer samples?
We don't typically send physical samples — most of our customers find the photos and our written notes get them close enough. If you want extra photos in natural light, message us and we'll send them through.
