Refund policy

• Return Period: We offer a 7-day return policy. You have 7 days from receiving your item to initiate a return.
• Return Conditions: To qualify for a return, items must be in the same condition as received – unused, with original tags and packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
• Starting a Return: Contact us at hello@treasuresofturkey.com.au for return approval. We'll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Refunds:

• Inspection Process: Upon receiving your return, we will conduct a thorough inspection of the product. This is to ensure that the item is in its original condition, free from damage or faults.
• Issuing Refunds: If the product passes our inspection and meets all return conditions, we will then proceed to issue your refund. The refund will be credited to your original payment method.
• Restocking Fee: Please note, due to our highly competitive pricing, a $50 restocking fee is applied to all returns. This fee, which covers handling and shipping costs, will be deducted from your refund.
• Refund Processing Time: Once approved, please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Damages and Issues:

• Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you find any defects, damages, or incorrect items, please contact us immediately at hello@treasuresofturkey.com.au for a prompt resolution. If damages are assessed by our team to be caused by the manufacturer, we will provide a full refund for the rug without a restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items:

• Customized products, such as special orders or personalized items, are not eligible for return.
• Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable. Contact us with any questions regarding specific items.

Exchanges:

• For an exchange, return the original item. Once accepted, you can then place a separate order for the new item.

 

Mosaic Art Workshops:

• Full Refund: Available if requested at least 7 days before the scheduled class.
• Partial Refund (50%): Available if requested between 2 to 6 days before your class.
• No Refund: We are unable to offer refunds on the day of your class.
• Rescheduling: You may reschedule your class up to 5 times. Refund is not applicable after rescheduling.
