Free Delivery on All Rugs

Every rug we sell ships FREE to anywhere in Australia — no minimum order, no postcode surcharges, no surprises at checkout.

Other Products

For ceramic coasters, lamps, and other smaller items:

  • Free shipping on orders over $100 (this includes any order with a rug)
  • Flat $15 shipping on orders under $100

Tip: Add a ceramic coaster set to your rug order and shipping stays free.

Crystals are individually crafted in Turkey to your order, which is why they take longer. We think it's worth the wait — but we want you to know up front.

Tracking Your Order

You'll receive a tracking number by email the moment your order is dispatched. You can follow your parcel directly on the carrier's website any time.

Delivery Address & P.O. Boxes

Please double-check your delivery address before completing your order — we're unable to change the address once an order has been placed. We're also unable to deliver to P.O. boxes due to courier size limits on rugs.
