In one line: Made in Belgium on Wilton looms. Belgium's Wilton looms are some of the most exacting in the world — the colour separation and pattern definition you get from them is hard to match elsewhere. Polypropylene yarns take colour exceptionally well — the tones you see in the photo are stable and hold up under daily sun exposure. The pile height is 15mm — substantial enough to feel luxurious without crossing into shaggy territory. The result is a rug that feels considered without crossing into precious territory.
How it handles real life

Most metro orders arrive within 3–7 business days. Regional and remote addresses can take a little longer. We'll send tracking the moment your rug leaves the warehouse.
Does it work with a robot vacuum?
Yes for low and medium piles. For the deeper shaggies in our range, a robot vacuum will struggle a bit — you'll get better results with a regular upright on a higher setting.
Can I return it if it isn't right?
Yes — we offer a clear returns window because we know a rug needs to be seen in the actual room. The details are on our returns page, and we'll talk you through it if anything is unclear.
How do I get rid of a stain?
Blot — never rub. Cool water and a small amount of mild detergent on a clean cloth handles most spills. Work from the outside of the stain in. Avoid bleach and harsh chemicals.
Can I steam clean this rug?
Light steam is fine for synthetic pile. Avoid prolonged direct heat in one spot, and let the rug dry completely before walking on it.
